Cancellations
If you sign up for any of our paid accounts, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You will receive a pro rata refund.
Responses per month
For Silver accounts, survey responses collected over the allotted amount for each month will be charged at a rate of $0.05 per response. For Free accounts, surveys will stop running once allotted responses are used up.
Do-gooders
If you are any kind of do-gooder (non-profit, charity, etc.) or a blogger, email us with a short description of your organization and we'll set you up with a free Silver account.
